This talk addressing the topic of coping with anxiety during the pandemic. It focuses on how natural it is to feel alarmed but to not allow our bodies to remain in this state for too long, or else this lack of psychological rest will affect our wellbeing long-term. Ways to calm the alarmed brain and bring it back from FIGHT/FLIGHT/FREEZE into REST/DIGEST are suggested. This recording was done with a church congregation and has a Q&A section at the end addressing participants concerns or asking for further clarification around how to manage our understandable anxiety in this time of massive disruption.
